Job summary

Sunbelt Staffing is seeking a travel Electrophysiology Technician for a 13-week assignment in Harrisonburg, VA. The role includes 40 hours per week with 8-hour shifts in a fast-paced EP lab, supporting EP studies and ablations.

Candidates must have 1+ year EP lab experience, RCES or ARRT certification, and current BLS. Benefits include medical, dental, and vision, with housing/meals stipends where applicable.

Qualifications

• Minimum 1+ year Electrophysiology (EP) Lab Technologist experience
• RCES or ARRT certification required
• Proficient in electrophysiology procedures and equipment setup
• Ability to assist physicians during advanced cardiac procedures
• Knowledge of sterile techniques and radiation safety
• Current BLS certification required

Responsibilities

• Assist in electrophysiology studies and ablation procedures
• Prepare and operate EP imaging equipment
• Ensure image quality and proper documentation
• Maintain sterile environment and safety protocols
• Monitor patient vitals during procedures
• Collaborate with physicians, nurses and healthcare staff
• Maintain detailed records of clinical activities
