MedPro Healthcare Allied Staffing is seeking a travel Electrophysiology Technician for a 13-week assignment in Des Moines, Iowa. The EP Tech will support the EP lab team with imaging, patient care, and documentation while ensuring regulatory compliance. Qualifications

• Current license in good standing is required.
• Appropriate specialty certifications/credentials are required.
• Eighteen months of EP Lab experience preferred, ideally in a critical care setting.

Responsibilities

• Provide assistance with patient care in the electrophysiology lab.
• Use imaging equipment to assist in diagnosing and treating heart and vascular issues.
• Review patient history and verify medical orders.
• Evaluate images for quality and coverage of areas of interest.
• Communicate imaging results to physicians.
• Assist in diagnostic and therapeutic procedures in EP Labs.
• Ensure compliance with applicable regulations and guidelines.
• Deliver high-quality, cost-effective patient care.
