Job summary

Fusion Medical Staffing-Cath Lab is seeking a travel Electrophysiology Technician for a 25-week assignment in Bridgeport, CT. You will support EP studies, ablations, and device implantations, while preparing patients, monitoring responses, and maintaining sterile technique.

The role requires 1 year of EP Lab Tech experience, BLS, ACLS, ARRT/RCES/RCIS certifications, and preferred Radiologic Technologist license with PALS/ENPC. Travel pay and comprehensive benefits accompany the position.

Qualifications

• One year’s recent EP Lab Tech experience.
• Current BLS (AHA/ ARC) certification.
• ARRT, RCES, or RCIS certification.
• Current ACLS certification.

Responsibilities

• Assist in electrophysiology studies, ablations, and device implantations.
• Prepare patients for procedures and monitor responses.
• Maintain sterile technique and assist with equipment setup.
• Administer medications per physician orders, including conscious sedation.
• Monitor cardiac rhythms and hemodynamics during procedures.
• Provide post‑procedure care and recovery monitoring.
