Job summary

TotalMed RN is seeking an experienced travel nurse RN Cardiac PCU - Progressive Care Unit for a 13-week assignment in Tucson, Arizona. The EP Lab role requires 1 year of EP Lab experience, ACLS and BLS certifications, and the ability to work 12-hour day shifts on a 36-hour week.

Qualifications

• ACLS and BLS certifications required.
• Minimum 2 years of experience in an EP Lab.
• Additional certifications may be required before assignment.

Responsibilities

• Learn complex technologies effectively.
• Assist physicians with procedures that diagnose and treat heart rhythm problems.
• Assist with ablations, pacemaker and defibrillator implants, cardioversions, loop recorder implants and more.
• Assist with diagnostic studies such as cardiac mapping and EP studies.
