Qualifications

• Two years of endoscopy tech experience preferred.
• GI endoscopy knowledge and equipment handling required.
• Proficient in preparing rooms and maintaining sterile technique.
• Ability to assist GI physicians with complex ERCP and EUS-related procedures.

Responsibilities

• Prepare procedure rooms and ensure proper setup of equipment for endoscopic procedures.
• Assist physicians and staff by anticipating needs and supporting patient positioning.
• Perform high-level disinfection and cleaning of endoscopic equipment per guidelines.
• Troubleshoot endoscopes and related equipment to minimize delays.
• Document specimens and maintain inventory and quality control records.
