Job summary

MedPro Healthcare Staffing is seeking a travel nurse RN Endoscopy in Dallas, Texas. The role requires an RN with Endoscopy experience, BLS and ACLS, and at least 18 months of acute care Endoscopy exposure. Travel assignment is 13 weeks, 40 hours per week, with 10-hour day shifts.

Qualifications

• Active RN License.
• Degree from accredited nursing program.
• BLS Certification.
• ACLS Certification.
• Eighteen months of recent experience in an Acute Care Endoscopy setting.

Responsibilities

• Performs assessment/data collection focusing on physiologic, psychobiologic and cognitive needs of patient/family.
• Provides technical assistance during Endoscopic procedures.
• Maintains patient records with confidentiality.
• Assists during endoscopic procedures, admission and recovery.
• Stores, checks and administers medications per standards.
