Job summary

TotalMed RN seeks an Endoscopy RN for a travel assignment in Oklahoma City. The role requires 1–2 years of acute care experience and active ACLS/BLS certifications.

You will support physicians and staff in the Endoscopy unit, assist during procedures, and ensure strict infection control and equipment decontamination protocols remain in place. The position involves 10-hour days, 40 hours per week, with a travel-oriented environment and the potential for additional certifications prior to start.

Qualifications

• 1–2 years of recent acute care experience.
• ACLS and BLS certifications required.
• Additional certifications may be required before starting assignment.

Responsibilities

• Ensure high standard of nursing care in Endoscopy Unit.
• Provide technical assistance during diagnostic and therapeutic Endoscopic procedures.
• Maintain endoscopes and equipment with proper decontamination records.
• Maintain a safe, clean clinical environment.
• Stand/walk long periods; lift up to 50 pounds; exposure to chemicals and infectious diseases.
