Job Details

• Position: Emergency Room (ER) Nurse
• Schedule: Night shifts, 12 hours per shift, minimum of 36 hours per week
• Required Qualifications:
  • 1-year recent (within the last 3 years) full-time equivalent experience
  • Graduate of an accredited nursing program
  • Registered Nurse License (in the state where care is provided)
  • Basic Life Support (BLS) certification
  • Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support (ACLS) certification
  • Emergency Nursing Pediatric Course (ENPC) within 6 months of hire or Pediatric Advanced Life Support (PALS) within 6 months of hire
• Preferred Qualifications:
  • Bachelors degree in nursing or related field
  • Certified Emergency Nurse (CEN) certification
  • Trauma Nursing Core Course (TNCC) certification
  • Demonstrated ability to recognize and interpret cardiac dysrhythmias
  • NIH Stroke Scale Certificate
• Additional Information:
  • Must have license and certifications as listed; ENPC or PALS must be obtained within 6 months of hire.
