Cross Country Nurses is seeking a travel nurse RN for the ED in Pasadena, Texas. This ER role is 13 weeks, nights, 12-hour shifts, minimum 36 hours per week, with travel benefits.

Job Details:

• Required Qualifications: Valid Registered Nurse (RN) license, American Heart Association (AHA) Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support (ACLS), Pediatric Advanced Life Support (PALS), Basic Life Support (BLS), Trauma Nursing Core Course (TNCC), Crisis Prevention Institute (CPI) certification, and at least 1 year of ER nursing experience.
• Preferred Qualifications: Emergency Nursing Pediatric Course (ENPC), Neonatal Resuscitation Program (NRP), experience with Meditech Magic and Meditech Expanse electronic medical records system.
• Additional Information: The role includes responsibilities such as IV starts, blood draws, moderate sedation, and splinting. Candidates should demonstrate teamwork and patient-centered care focus. The work environment is equipped with defibrillators, Hamilton Ventilators, Welch Allyn devices, bedside cardiac monitoring, and splinting equipment.
