Cross Country Nurses seeks a travel RN in ED for a Kingwood, TX assignment, 13 weeks, 36 hours per week, night 12-hour shifts.

The role requires TNCC, PALS, ACLS, and BLS; a nursing degree and RN license; ER experience preferred. Meditech EMR experience is a plus.

You’ll join a 28-bed ER team of about 15 staff, performing IV starts, blood draws, resuscitations, and other critical tasks, with four weekend shifts monthly and no on-call duties.

Job Summary:
Emergency Room (ER) Nurse in a high-volume, dynamic hospital setting. The role involves providing urgent and emergency patient care within a fast-paced environment, with responsibilities including triage, patient assessment, and collaboration with multidisciplinary teams to ensure optimal patient outcomes.

Job Details:

• Schedule: Nights shift, 12-hour shifts, minimum of 36 hours per week.
• Required Qualifications: Valid certifications in TNCC (Trauma Nursing Core Course), PALS (Pediatric Advanced Life Support), ACLS (Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support), and BLS (Basic Life Support). Education requirements include a completed nursing degree and current licensure. Location requirement is within commuting distance of the healthcare facility. A minimum of 0 years of experience is preferred.
• Preferred Qualifications: Prior acute emergency room experience, trauma proficiency, and experience with EMR systems such as Meditech are highly desirable.

Pay package is based on 12 hour shifts and 36.0 hours per week (subject to confirmation) with tax-free stipend amount to be determined.
