Required Experience and Certifications:

• Minimum 1-year current acute care ED hospital experience
• BLS, ACLS, NIH, PALS, TNCC, and ENPCCPI Blue card

Preferred Experience and Skills:

• CEN and/or Meditech experience
• Experience working in a high-volume ED Unit

Leadership Experience:

• Consistent charge nurse leadership with ED leadership being very involved and often present in the ED.

Skills and Qualifications:

• Ability to anticipate next steps in plan of care
• Ability to communicate effectively with patients and families
• Exceptional patient engagement skills
• Strong customer service focus
