• US Social Security Number and date of birth required for consideration
• All documentation, certifications, and license verifications must be current and provided upon request

Requirements

• Active TX or compact RN license required
• At least 1 year of recent Emergency Department RN experience
• Basic Life Support (BLS) certification from AHA or ARC required
• Crisis Prevention Institute (CPI) certification required for all ER units, or accepted equivalent such as SAMA, MAB, or ACPMA
• No employment gaps of 90 days or more in the past 12 months
