Job Summary:
Electrophysiology Technologist in the local area. This role involves supporting diagnostic and interventional procedures within the cardiac electrophysiology lab. The position offers consistent daily shifts and requires a dedicated professional skilled in monitoring, equipment setup, and procedural assistance for cardiac arrhythmia investigations and device placements.

Job Details:

• Schedule: Day shifts, 10 hours per day, with a minimum of 40 hours per week
• Required Qualifications: Valid California licensed Cardiovascular Invasive Specialist (RCIS) or an American Registry of Radiologic Technologists (ARRT) certification, along with current Basic Life Support (BLS) and Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support (ACLS) certifications. At least 5 years of experience in electrophysiology laboratory procedures including diagnostics and device placements.
• Preferred Qualifications: Experience scrubbing, circulating, and monitoring electrophysiology procedures such as catheterizations, pacemaker insertions, and arrhythmia management.
• Additional Information: Candidates will be expected to handle equipment setup, fluoroscopy, interpretation of dysrhythmias, and assist with complex cardiac interventions such as ablations, pacemaker and defibrillator implantations, and TAVR procedures. Call shifts of 8-12 per month, including one weekend of call, are required. Orientation is approximately 40 hours, completed during onboarding.
• Certifications: Must hold current ACLS, BLS, and an applicable CA license.
• Experience: Minimum of 5 years of electrophysiology laboratory experience required.
