MedPro Healthcare Allied Staffing is seeking a travel Electrophysiology Technician for a travel job in Richmond, Virginia.

Qualifications
- Current license in good standing
- Appropriate specialty certifications/credentials
- Eighteen months of EP Lab experience preferred, ideally in a critical care setting
Duties & Responsibilities
- Provide assistance with patient care in the electrophysiology lab through technical support to the cardiac catheterization and EP team
- Use imaging equipment to help the doctor detect and treat heart and blood vessel issues in the patient
- Execute noninvasive procedures
- Review patient history and verify medical order
- Evaluate images for quality and ensure relevant area is included
- Identify differences between normal and abnormal images
- Communicate image results to the doctor
- Assist physicians with diagnostic and therapeutic procedures in the Electrophysiology Labs
- Ensure compliance with federal, state, and local regulations and accepted practice guidelines
- Deliver quality, cost‑effective patient care in a professional manner
- Maintain an environment of excellence, patient-focused, providing timely, compassionate, quality patient care
- Prepare and update patient records accurately and legibly
