Job summary

MedPro Healthcare Allied Staffing seeks a travel Electrophysiology Technician for a 13-week assignment in Peoria, Illinois. You will work 40 hours per week on a 10-hour days shift, supporting the EP lab team in diagnostic and therapeutic procedures.

Required is current licensure, appropriate certifications, and 18 months EP lab experience preferred, ideally in critical care. This contract offers travel reimbursements, housing or allowance, and comprehensive benefits through the program.

Qualifications

• Current License in good standing.
• Appropriate specialty certifications/credentials.
• Eighteen months of EP Lab experience preferred, ideally in a critical care setting.

Responsibilities

• Provide patient care support in the electrophysiology lab.
• Assist the cardiac catheterization/EP team during procedures.
• Review patient history and verify orders.
• Evaluate image quality and ensure critical areas are captured.
• Communicate results to the doctor.
• Assist physicians in diagnostic and therapeutic EP procedures.
• Ensure compliance with applicable regulations and guidelines.
• Deliver high-quality, patient-focused care and accurate record keeping.
