Job summary

Parsons is seeking an Electronics Technician to join our FAA Central Service program. The role is 100 percent travel across the Central Service area, with all travel expenses paid and full benefits.

You will replace components, wire circuits, perform tests with DMMs, oscilloscopes, and other instruments, support installation and calibration, and ensure safety and compliance. The position requires working in diverse environments and lifting up to 50 pounds.

Qualifications

• Ability to travel up to 100% within the FAA Central Service area.
• Experience testing, repairing, troubleshooting, and installing electronics equipment.
• Capable of lifting at least 50 pounds.
• Must pass a federal background check and security requirements.

Responsibilities

• Prepare sites for contractor installation of FENS racks and grounding.
• Install fiber trays and conduits; support LTE antenna installation.
• Test and troubleshoot with instruments and schematics.
• Drafting/redlining support and as-built documentation.
• Repair components, wires, and connectors and perform tests.
