Job summary

Aerotek is seeking a Travel Electrician for nationwide projects, focusing on industrial or data center electrical construction. You will install, terminate, test, and commission low-voltage (480V) and medium-voltage (15kV-35kV) systems across multiple sites.

The role requires 5+ years of relevant experience, with frequent travel and potential overtime, nights, and weekends. Per diem is provided, and onsite work is based out of Little Rock, AR.

Qualifications

5+ years of industrial or data center electrical construction experience.
5+ years of medium-voltage experience (5kV+).
Experience with 480V and/or 35kV cable terminations.
Ability to read electrical drawings and perform hands-on installation.

Responsibilities

Install conduit, cable tray, duct bank, cable, and electrical equipment.
Perform 480V and medium-voltage terminations (15kV/35kV).
Read and work from blueprints, one-lines, and electrical drawings.
Assist with system testing, energization, and commissioning.
Follow NFPA 70E, OSHA, and LOTO safety procedures.
Use testing equipment such as multimeters and meggers.
Work overtime, nights, weekends, and travel as needed.
