Job summary

Cross Country Allied is seeking an EEG Technologist for a travel assignment in Minnesota. The role involves performing routine EEG studies, including ambulatory testing, with an emphasis on proper electrode application, data acquisition, and patient safety.

The position includes evening shifts and an on-call rotation in an outpatient setting. The ideal candidate has current EEG registration, an associate degree, BLS, EEG registry, and 1 year of experience, with preferred outpatient experience

Qualifications

• Current EEG Technologist registration or equivalent certification is required.
• Associate degree in Applied Science or related science is required.
• BLS certification is required.
• EEG registry is required.
• 1 year of experience in EEG testing is required.
• Ability to perform electrode application and neurodiagnostic testing.

Responsibilities

• Maintain EEG recordings and troubleshoot equipment.
• Monitor data quality and accuracy of studies.
• Perform seizure response testing as needed.
• Work in an outpatient setting with evening shifts.
• Mentor students and coordinate with nursing and physicians.
