MedPro Healthcare Staffing is seeking a travel nurse RN in the ED for a travel assignment in Houston, TX. Start Date: 10/19/2026; Duration: 13 weeks; 36 hours per week; Shift: 12 hours, days; Employment Type: Travel.

Qualifications

• Active RN License
• Degree from accredited nursing program
• BLS, ACLS, PALS & TNCC may be required in some positions
• Eighteen months of recent experience in an Acute Care Emergency Room setting
• Other requirements to be determined by our client facility

Responsibilities

• Emergency Room RN provides care for patients with diverse illnesses or trauma requiring emergency attention.
• Assess, intervene and stabilize patients with life-threatening conditions.
• Understand triage to prioritize injuries based on medical need.
• Make quick and accurate assessments of incoming patients’ physical and mental health.
