UCHealth - Anschutz in Aurora is seeking an RN to join the Denver Metro ED Float Pool for full-time night shifts. You will provide direct patient care in a high-acuity ED setting, leveraging anesthesia?

(note: actual text reflects ED scope) and work with a multidisciplinary team. The role requires Colorado RN licensure or eNLC, 1 year of RN experience, and multiple certifications (ACLS, NIHSS, PALS or ENPC, TNCC or ATCN), plus BLS with card before start date.

Qualifications

• CO RN license or eNLC privileges.
• 1 year of RN experience.
• ACLS, NIHSS, PALS or ENPC, TNCC or ATCN.
• BLS certification with card in-hand before start date.

Responsibilities

• Provides top of scope patient care using the nursing process.
• Collaborates with multidisciplinary team to achieve outcomes.
• Prioritizes wellness and patient-centered care.
• Precepts and mentors new staff in a fast-paced clinical setting.
