Job summary

Talented Medical Solutions is seeking an experienced Emergency Department RN for a 13-week travel assignment in Susanville, California. The flexible RN must be able to step into Med-Surg when needed and provide high-quality patient care in a busy ED, with a 36-hour week schedule.

Shift coverage runs 7:00 PM to 7:00 AM (3x12s), with some daytime hours possible. Travelers only—local candidates are not accepted.

Qualifications

• California RN license required.
• Recent Emergency Department and Med-Surg experience.
• BLS, ACLS, PALS and TNCC required.
• Meal Waiver and Elder Abuse Forms must be completed and signed.
• Strong ability to adapt between departments.
• Comfortable with 12-hour shifts and occasional day shifts.

Responsibilities

• Provide ED coverage and oversee patient care in a busy ER.
• Step into Med-Surg as needed to support units.
• Work 7:00 PM – 7:00 AM during a 13-week assignment.
• Travelers only; local candidates not accepted.
• Collaborate with nursing team to ensure patient safety.
