PEL/VIP seeks a skilled Registered Nurse for the Emergency Department in Mount Pleasant, WI. This travel RN position demands high-acuity, fast-paced ER work with trauma, stroke cues, sepsis, and pediatric emergencies. 3x12 night shifts, 12-hour blocks, and a 36-hour week form the backbone of this assignment.

Ideal candidates will have ER experience, certifications (BLS, ACLS, NIHSS, PALS/ENPC, TNCC), and strong critical care skills. Epic charting and hospital systems support the ED team.

Qualifications

• 18 months of emergency room experience.
• BLS, ACLS, NIHSS, PALS or ENPC, TNCC certifications.
• Skills in airway management and emergency management.

Responsibilities

• Provide skilled nursing care for emergency room patients.
• Manage post-surgical, CVA, sepsis, pneumonia, trauma, and other critical conditions.
• Collaborate with ED staff and charge nurses for patient care.
• Utilize airway management, RSI knowledge, and cardiac drips in emergencies.
• Effectively manage CVA and STEMI cases.

Seeking a skilled Registered Nurse for the Emergency Room in Mount Pleasant, WI. This position requires an RN with experience in high-acuity, fast-paced emergency settings handling a variety of patient cases including trauma, CVA, sepsis, and pediatric emergencies. Ideal candidates will have strong clinical skills and the ability to manage complex patient needs.

Assignment Details

• Facility Type: Level 4 Trauma, Stroke-ready
• Shift Details: 3x12 Nights
• Estimated gross weekly pay package: $2430 (negotiable)
• Charting System: Epic
• IV Pumps: Alaris
• Med Dispensing: Pyxis
• Weekend rotation: Every other
• Holiday Expectations: Every other holiday
• Orientation: NEO, (2) 12-hour shifts on the unit
