Job summary

American Traveler, LLC. is seeking an experienced Emergency Department RN traveler for a 32-bed facility in Decatur, IL. The role covers adult and pediatric trauma, medical and psychiatric cases in a Level II Trauma Center, with 1:4 nurse-patient ratios noted.

Shifts are nights (4x12 or 3x12) and travel staff float within the hospital or to nearby affiliates. IL RN license or ETA is required to apply, with ACLS/BLS/NIHSS/PALS/TNCC certifications preferred.

Qualifications

• Active IL RN license or ETA required to apply.
• ACLS, BLS, NIHSS, PALS, TNCC certifications required.
• Preferred ENPC, NRP certifications.

Responsibilities

• Work in a 32-bed general Emergency Department treating mixed adult/pediatric patients.
• Maintain an average daily census of 120 and 1:4 patient ratios.
• Night shift with 4x12 or 3x12 hours (1900-0730).
• Floats within the hospital or to nearby affiliate facilities as needed.
• Deliver emergency care across a wide range of trauma, medical, and psychiatric cases in a Level II Trauma Center.
