Qualifications

• Valid certification as Echocardiographer (RDCS or RCS) or equivalent.
• Experience performing transthoracic and, if applicable, transesophageal Echo exams.
• Strong knowledge of cardiovascular anatomy and pathology.
• Ability to collaborate effectively with physicians and multidisciplinary teams.
• State licensure, if required.

Responsibilities

• Perform echocardiographic studies on diverse patient populations.
• Prepare patients and explain exam procedures to ensure comfort and cooperation.
• Operate imaging equipment and troubleshoot as needed.
• Maintain comprehensive and precise patient documentation.
• Communicate findings and collaborate with cardiologists for optimal patient care.
