Job summary

Sunbelt Staffing is seeking a travel Echo Technologist for a 13‑week assignment in Springfield, Illinois. The role requires ARDMS/RCS certification and at least one year of echocardiography experience, with 40 hours per week and 8‑hour shifts. Travel stipends and comprehensive benefits are included.

You will perform echocardiograms, collaborate with physicians, maintain records, and help educate patients while adapting to new environments and teams across locations.

Qualifications

• Must have ARDMS RDCS or CCI RCS certification.
• Minimum of one year of Echo/sonography experience.
• Current BLS certification.
• Proficiency with imaging equipment and digital reporting systems.

Responsibilities

• Perform high‑quality echocardiograms and assist in procedures.
• Collaborate with physicians and staff to deliver patient care.
• Maintain accurate patient records and adhere to protocols.
• Troubleshoot and maintain ultrasound equipment as needed.
• Educate patients to improve procedure cooperation.
