American Traveler is seeking a Travel Echo Technologist for a 15-week assignment in Fairfax, VA. The role spans fetal, pediatric, and adult congenital echocardiography, with work in NICU/PICU/Cardiac ICU using multiple scanners and Philips equipment.

Ideal candidates have ARDMS and BLS, pediatric echocardiography experience, and ECMO familiarity. EPIC/PSAX systems and strong cardiology communication are required; US licensure may be needed.

Qualifications

• Minimum 1 year pediatric sonography experience.
• ARDMS certification and BLS required.
• Pediatric echocardiography experience preferred; registry preferred.

Responsibilities

• Work across NICU, PICU, and Cardiac ICU units with 4 scanners available.
• Perform echocardiographic studies in fetal, pediatric, and adult congenital cases.
• Assist with bedside ECMO weans and catheter placement.
• Maintain equipment, log procedures, and bill accordingly.
• Provide written communication to cardiologists; participate in orientation.
