MedPro Healthcare Allied Staffing is seeking a travel Echo Technologist for a travel assignment in San Antonio, Texas. The position runs for 13 weeks at 40 hours per week with days shifts and 8‑hour blocks.

You will perform 2D echoes, M‑mode and Doppler studies, and provide preliminary interpretations under supervising physicians, with training support and credentialing coverage provided by MedPro. This staffing agency emphasizes nationwide opportunities and comprehensive benefits.

Qualifications

• Successful completion of an accredited training course in cardiac technology.
• Successful completion of an accredited training course in cardiac ultrasound.
• Interpretation skills to facilitate a comprehensive examination and an accurate preliminary interpretation.
• Graduate of a cardiac echocardiography technology program.

Responsibilities

• Prepare patient for examination and perform all 2‑dimensional echoes, M‑mode and Doppler studies.
• Prepare preliminary interpretation of those studies.
• Prepare and maintain records for echo studies.
• Assist supervising physicians with training of residents, fellows, faculty and other physicians.
• Knowledge of multiple echocardiography platforms and technology.
• Read, interpret, apply, and follow physicians orders, policies, procedures, or written and verbal instructions.
