Sunbelt Staffing is seeking a travel Echo Technologist for a 13-week assignment in Wadesboro, North Carolina. You will work 40 hours per week on an 8-hour shift, with no weekends or on-call duties.

The ideal candidate holds RDCS or RCS certification, has 1+ year of Echo Tech experience, and is comfortable with EPIC and Philips ISCV PACS. Travel stipends and comprehensive benefits support your assignment.

• Float to nearby facilities as needed.
• Assist with EPIC training and scanning competency assessment.
• Support precepting new Echo Techs if needed.

Sunbelt Staffing is seeking a travel Echo Technologist for a travel job in Wadesboro, North Carolina.

Must hold current certification in echocardiography as a Registered Diagnostic Cardiac Sonographer (RDCS) via ARDMS or Registered Cardiac Sonographer (RCS) via CCI. A minimum of 1 year of experience as an Echo Tech required. Applicants who do not meet these qualifications will not be considered.

Schedule

• Monday to Friday, 8-hour day shifts (7:30 AM – 4:00 PM)


• No weekends or on-call duties


• Holidays may be required based on department needs


• Floating to nearby facilities possible when necessary

Key Qualifications

• Over 1 year of Echo Tech experience (first-time travelers welcome!)


• BLS certification required


• ARDMS-RDCS or CCI-RCS accepted


• Graduate of accredited cardiac ultrasound program preferred


• Proficient in adult transthoracic echocardiography, contrast studies, doppler, and color flow imaging


• Strong ability to work independently and effectively manage time

Responsibilities

• Conduct 4–8 echocardiograms per day for adult inpatients, emergency, and outpatients


• Utilize EMR systems (EPIC) and ISCV PACS by Phillips; experience with Philips EPIQ ultrasound preferred


• Float as needed to nearby facilities, supporting a larger health system


• Participate in departmental and unit-specific orientation, including EPIC training and scanning competency assessment


• Assist with precepting new Echo Techs if needed


• Adhere to department dress code (galaxy blue top, black pants); free parking available
