Pay Information: $2,940 per week

Position Details

• Specialty: Pediatric Echo Tech
• Caseload: 4-10 patients per day
• Shift: Monday to Friday, 8-hour shifts, start times between 6:30 AM and 8:00 AM, no holidays required
• Weekend Requirement: No
• On-call: No
• Floating: Yes, at both SJCH and SMP (North Charleston clinic)
• Experience Required: Minimum 2 years
• First-timers accepted: Yes
• Licensing: Pending state license accepted; must have ARDMS with PE certification or CCI with RCCS certification at start
• Skills: Proficient in complex congenital heart defects, experience with GE Vivid 95 and PACS preferred, skilled in pediatric echocardiogram scanning
• BLS: Required
• Radiation Badge: Not required
• Local Radius: 60 miles
• Locals Accepted: Yes, on a case-by-case basis with a 10% reduction in bill rate
• RTO Restrictions: Must include RTO requests at submission; approval based on facility needs
• Guaranteed Hours: Facility can call off 1 shift every 2 weeks
• Hurricane Season: June to November; employees may be assigned to emergency response teams during this period
