Job summary

TotalMed Allied seeks a travel Echo Technologist for a 13-week assignment in Chillicothe, OH. The role requires 1 year of experience, BLS, and ARDMS-RDCS or CCI-RS certification with state licensing where applicable.

You will operate cardiac ultrasound equipment, perform advanced echocardiographic studies, and maintain patient records. The position includes 12-hour day shifts, 36 hours per week, and travel benefits.

Qualifications

• Minimum 1 year of Echo Tech experience.
• Must hold BLS, ARDMS-RDCS or CCI-RS National Certification and state licensing if required.
• Ability to stand/walk for long periods and understand cardiac anatomy and physiology.

Responsibilities

• Educate patients and families regarding procedures.
• Perform and interpret echocardiographic studies with Doppler/Color Doppler.
• Acquire Stress Echo and Dobutamine images per physician standards.
• Perform transesophageal echocardiograms as required.
• Maintain equipment and patient records; report issues with equipment.
