PRIDE Health is seeking a travel Echo Technologist for a travel assignment in Cincinnati, Ohio, featuring a 2nd shift schedule (2:00 PM–10:30 PM) and a 40-hour workweek. The contract lasts 12 weeks with local pay of $50–$55 per hour and travel weekly gross pay of $2500–$2635.

The role requires ARDMS RDCS or RVT or CCI RCS or RVS credentials, BLS, and hands-on transthoracic echocardiography experience. IV start and Definity contrast capabilities are essential, along with strong patient-care

Qualifications

• Graduate of an accredited ultrasound training program.
• ARDMS RDCS or RVT certification.
• CCI RCS or RVS certification.
• Current BLS certification from the American Heart Association.
• Experience performing transthoracic echocardiograms.
• Ability to start IVs and inject Definity contrast.
• Strong communication, interpersonal, and patient care skills.
• Knowledge of ultrasound technology, quality assurance, and imaging protocols.

Responsabilités

• Perform non-invasive transthoracic echocardiograms (TTE).
• Obtain patient histories and ensure accurate exam documentation.
• Produce high-quality ultrasound images following established protocols.
• Start IVs and administer Definity contrast as required.
• Explain procedures to patients and coordinate with physicians and clinical staff.
• Maintain equipment, follow quality control standards, and support departmental improvement initiatives.
