Responsibilities

• Conduct multiple compliance audits and site visits across markets to assess adherence to policies and regulatory requirements.
• Provide objective observations, feedback, and recommendations to CDS field leaders.
• Identify recurring trends and systemic areas of concern across locations.
• Prepare clear, timely audit reports documenting observations and recommended actions.
• Escalate significant concerns to executive leadership per escalation protocols.
• Maintain accurate, confidential audit records.
• Promote accountability, transparency, and continuous improvement.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to strengthen processes and reduce risk.
• Travel regularly to assigned locations for onsite audits.
