Job summary

Child Development Schools seeks a Compliance Auditor to partner with CDS field leaders. This role conducts site visits across markets to identify trends and ensure general compliance, reporting findings to executive leadership.

The position is remote-first with 90% travel, requiring collaboration, documentation, and recommendations to strengthen processes and reduce risk across locations.

Qualifications

• Experience conducting audits in complex organizations.
• Strong knowledge of regulatory/compliance standards.
• Excellent written and oral communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Conduct multiple compliance audits and site visits across markets to assess adherence to policies and regulatory requirements.
• Provide objective observations, feedback, and recommendations to CDS field leaders for improvement.
• Identify recurring trends and systemic areas of concern across locations and communicate findings to leadership.
• Prepare clear audit reports documenting observations, findings, and recommended actions.
• Escalate significant concerns to executive leadership per reporting protocols.
• Maintain confidential, organized audit records and supporting documentation.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to strengthen processes and reduce risk.
• Travel regularly to assigned locations to conduct onsite audits.
