What You’ll Need To Succeed

• Valid RN License: Active in good standing within the state of Iowa, or the ability to activate.
• Current CPR Certification: Ensuring you’re ready to provide the best care in any situation.
• Leadership Experience: Minimum of 1 year of proven DON experience within a Skilled Nursing Facility (SNF).
• Travel Willingness: Must be able to travel throughout Iowa with occasional overnight stays.
• Flexibility: Willingness to take on roles such as DON, ADON, or MDS depending on the needs of the organization.
