Job summary

Liberty Administrative Services, LLC is seeking an energetic Registered Nurse to join our dialysis clinic team in Wasilla, Alaska. The RN will provide direct and indirect nursing care to an adult/geriatric ESRD patient population, using the nursing process to assess needs, plan care, and document outcomes.

The role requires Alaska RN licensure, at least two years of RN experience, and willingness to travel within Alaska with overnight stays.

Qualifications

• Graduate of an accredited nursing program (ADN or diploma).
• Licensed to practice as a Registered Nurse in Alaska.
• Minimum of two years nursing experience, preferably in dialysis or ESRD care.
• Strong communication, leadership, and teamwork abilities.
• Proficient in documentation and basic computer software.

Responsibilities

• Provide direct and indirect nursing care for adult/geriatric ESRD patients.
• Assess patient needs, plan and implement care, and adjust plans as needed.
• Educate patients and families, and document care provided.
• Maintain communication with physicians and healthcare teams for continuity of care.
• Uphold professional nursing standards and delegate tasks appropriately.
