Job summary

Liberty Administrative Services, LLC seeks a Registered Nurse for a dialysis clinic in Juneau, Alaska. The RN will provide direct and indirect nursing care for an adult/geriatric ESRD population and must hold Alaska licensure.

The nurse assesses needs, develops and revises care plans, and educates patients and families. You will collaborate with physicians, clinicians and staff to ensure consistent, high-quality care and safety.

Qualifications

• Graduate of an accredited school of nursing with ADN or nursing diploma.
• Ability to license in the State of Alaska.
• Strong communication and leadership for patient care.
• Knowledge of government standards and quality initiatives.

Responsibilities

• Provide direct and indirect nursing care for adult/geriatric ESRD patients.
• Use nursing process to assess needs, plan and evaluate care.
• Educate patients and families and document care provided.
• Coordinate with physicians and healthcare staff to ensure continuity of care.
• Maintain professional nursing standards and delegate tasks appropriately.
