Job summary

HealthForce Healthcare seeks an experienced Registered Nurse for a 16-week travel assignment in Burlington, VT. You will provide hemodialysis in a hospital-based outpatient unit, with floating to St. Albans and Berlin as needed and weekend coverage.

The role requires BLS, EPIC experience, and at least 2 years of RN experience with outpatient dialysis; start date is 11/02/2026. Weekly pay ranges from $2,618 to $2,814, with no guaranteed hours and full travel support.

Qualifications

• Active RN license in the United States and current BLS (AHA) certification.
• Minimum 2 years of RN experience, including outpatient dialysis.
• EPIC experience within the past 2 years.
• Willingness to travel and float to designated sites as required

Responsibilities

• Provide hemodialysis treatment for outpatient ESRD patients per unit protocol.
• Monitor patient status, vital signs, fluid balance and treatment response.
• Manage vascular access care (fistulas/grafts) and safety considerations.
• Document in EPIC promptly and accurately.
• Collaborate with nephrology, nursing and support staff; coordinate care during floats.
• Educate patients on dialysis procedures, post-treatment care and infection control.
