Qualifications

• Registered Nurse with IL license and at least 1 year of RN experience.

Responsibilities

• Provide nursing care for dialysis patients.
• Collaborate with nephrologists and multidisciplinary team.
• Record health data before/during/after hemodialysis.
• Develop and implement plan of care to reach outcomes.
• Perform lab collection, processing, and specimen handling.
• Maintain accurate EMR documentation of interventions.
• Administer medications and document administration.
