QualDerm Partners is seeking a dedicated Medical Assistant to join our growing team. This FLOAT position travels between 15+ QualDerm clinic locations across Illinois and Indiana, supporting physicians and the clinical staff in multiple sites.

Responsibilities include taking vital signs, assisting during examinations, basic lab tasks, and maintaining patient records in the EHR. The role requires flexibility, reliability, and the ability to adapt quickly to new teams and environments.

Qualifications

• Must be authorized to work in the United States on a full-time basis.
• FLOAT position requiring travel among 15+ clinic locations in Illinois and Indiana.
• Ability to work across multiple clinics and adapt quickly to new teams and environments.

Responsabilités

• Prepare patients for examination by taking vital signs and documenting medical history
• Assist physicians during examinations and procedures, ensuring instruments and supplies are ready
• Perform basic laboratory tests and prepare specimens for analysis
• Maintain accurate and confidential patient records in the EHR system
• Support both clinical and administrative functions as needed across locations
• Educate patients on treatment plans, medications, and skincare practices
• Ensure exam rooms are clean, organized, and fully stocked at all times
