Job summary

QualDerm Partners is seeking a dedicated Medical Assistant to join our growing team across multiple Illinois and Indiana clinics. This FLOAT position travels between 15+ QualDerm clinic locations, supporting clinical teams and ensuring smooth patient flow.

As a Medical Assistant, you will take vital signs, assist physicians, perform basic tests, maintain patient records in the EHR, and educate patients on treatment plans and skincare.

Qualifications

• Willingness to travel between 15+ QualDerm clinic locations across Illinois and Indiana.

Responsibilities

• Prepare patients for examination by taking vital signs and documenting medical history
• Assist physicians during examinations and procedures, ensuring all instruments and supplies are ready
• Perform basic laboratory tests and prepare specimens for analysis
• Maintain accurate and confidential patient records in the EHR system
• Support both clinical and administrative functions as needed across locations
• Educate patients on treatment plans, medications, and proper skincare practices
• Ensure exam rooms are clean, organized, and fully stocked at all times
