Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Mechanical aptitude required.
• Strong work ethic and ownership of goals/objectives.
• Focus on meeting and exceeding customer expectations.
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
• Requires basic computer skills and/or ability to use smart phone/tablet.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Valid driver’s license along with good driving record.

Responsibilities

• Install and/or repair dental equipment under supervision, applying training learned from mentors and Patterson Technology Academy.
• Safely remove, modify, repair, and install dental equipment; progress to independent work after training.
• Follow checklists and ensure all critical parts are examined.
• Demonstrate knowledge of installation procedures and jobsite protocol.
• Apply manufacturer and Patterson guidelines, OSHA and asepsis regulations.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
• Support customer needs through timely, professional communication and relationship-building.
