Qualifications

• Wisconsin Dental Hygienist license current or obtainable before start date.
• Passion for delivering exceptional patient care.
• Positive, adaptable mindset thriving in a variety of practice settings.
• Strong communication and relationship-building skills.
• Collaborative team player who enjoys meeting new people and making a difference.
• Active state hygiene license or eligibility to become licensed (new grads welcome!).
• Current CPR certification.

Responsibilities

• Deliver preventive and periodontal care at the top of your license.
• Perform patient assessments, charting, radiographs, and preventive treatments.
• Educate patients on oral health, disease prevention, and wellness.
• Partner with dentists to identify needs and improve outcomes.
• Create a welcoming, compassionate experience for every patient.
• Adapt to different office environments while supporting each team.
• Maintain accurate documentation and stay current with best practices.
