Qualifications

• Two years of surgical technologist experience in a cardiac/thoracic environment
• Level I trauma hospital experience required
• BLS certification required
• CST certification or CST-equivalent credential preferred

Responsibilities

• Prepare operating rooms for procedures in a busy OR.
• Assist in complex cardiac/thoracic surgeries (ECMO, CABG, LVAD, thoracic surgeries).
• Ensure patient safety and correct instrumentation during procedures.
