Qualifications

• Certified Surgical Technologist (CST) certification is required.
• Minimum 1 year of experience in surgical scrub, CVOR preferred.
• Cardiac and vascular procedures experience required.
• CVOR/Open Heart Surgery scrub experience preferred.
• Ability to take call and respond within required timeframe.
• EMR system knowledge required.

Responsibilities

• Assist surgical teams during cardiovascular procedures and prep the operating room.
• Manage instruments and ensure sterility and readiness for cases.
• Support patient safety and intraoperative coordination in a high-acuity CVOR setting.
