Job summary

Thrive Staffing seeks a CVOR Surgical Technologist to scrub for cardiac and thoracic procedures in a hospital setting in Richmond, VA. The role requires experience with CABG, valve surgeries, and related cardiac cases, plus comfort with da Vinci, VATS, and ECMO initiation.

Must have at least 2 years hospital experience, a valid nursing license (NH or compact), and current BLS/ACLS certifications. This travel assignment is 13 weeks, 40 hours per week, days shift.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 2 years of hospital experience.
• Valid nursing license in New Hampshire or a compact license.
• Current BLS and ACLS certifications required.

Responsibilities

• Scrub for a variety of cardiac cases, including CABG, valve replacements, and thoracic surgeries.
• Assist in da Vinci assisted surgeries, open thoracotomy, VATS, and ECMO initiation.
• Collaborate with the surgical team to ensure efficient operating room operations.
• Participate in call rotation and work flexible hours as needed.
