Job summary

ARMStaffing seeks a travel CVOR Technologist for a 13-week assignment in Richmond, Virginia. The role involves working in a specialized cardiac surgical setting, scrubbing cardiac and thoracic cases, and supporting DA Vinci and open thoracotomy procedures.

The candidate should have at least 2 years of hospital experience, hold a current NH or compact license, and maintain BLS and ACLS certifications. Expect 40-hour weeks with day shifts and on-call time as required.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years in a hospital setting in CVOR or surgical tech role.
• Current NH license or compact license required at submission.
• BLS and ACLS certifications are mandatory.
• Proficiency in scrubbing cardiac and thoracic surgeries.

Responsibilities

• Assist with cardiac surgeries including CABG and valve replacements.
• Maintain sterile field and surgical setup.
• Coordinate with surgical teams to ensure smooth case flow.
• Monitor patients during interventions.
• Support ECMO procedures when needed.
• Take on-call duties in evenings and weekends.
