Job summary

Talent4Health is seeking a travel CVOR Technologist for a travel assignment in Milwaukee, Wisconsin. The role requires strong CVOR experience across CABG, TAVR and valve procedures, with the ability to work independently in a fast-paced OR environment.

Travel staff will circulate in a team that includes two RN’s per case; assignments include 8-hour day shifts, 40 hours per week, with rotating call requirements and weekends as needed. Generous travel logistics and support are provided.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Circulate as travel CVOR technologist in the OT.
• Collaborate with a surgical team (2 RNs per case: Circulator and Med RN).
• Support interventional cases and thoracic procedures as needed.

Shift: 8hr Day Shift (40) - 1100-1900, M-F with rotating call requirements

On Call, Call Back Requirements

Rotating call assignments based on current staffing levels - generally about 1 weekend per month and 3-4 overnight shifts per month.

Weekend Rotation: 1 weekend of call per month.

Holiday Requirements: n/a

Floating Requirements: None - only CV, Thoracic, & supporting interventional cases.

Patient Types:

Cardio and Thoracic surgeries – CABG, TAVR, Valve replacements, Thoracic cases are robotic (lobectomy, hernia repair), Generator exchanges, Lead extractions, Heart transplants, Fem-pop bypass

Surgical team will always have (2) RN’s per case – Circulator and Med RN – travelers will only circulate

Skills required
