CVOR Certified Surgical Technologist (CST)

Position Overview

This position is for a CVOR Certified Surgical Technologist (CST) responsible for assisting in cardiovascular surgeries. The role focuses on maintaining a sterile environment and ensuring the smooth flow of surgical procedures. You will be part of a dynamic surgical team in a busy cardiovascular operating room.

Key Responsibilities

• Prepare the surgical field and pass instruments and supplies during surgery.
• Maintain a sterile environment throughout surgical procedures.
• Assist in turning over operating rooms between cases to ensure efficient workflow.
• Support surgeons and medical staff during various cardiac and thoracic procedures.
• Utilize da Vinci surgical system where applicable.

Qualifications

Work Schedule

Facility Information

Located in a facility with four operating rooms, applicants should be aware that local candidates will not be considered for this position, as candidates must reside at least 50 miles from the facility.

Additional Notes

Scrubs will be issued by the hospital. Candidates must attach required licenses and certifications with their application.
