Requirements

• 2 Years of experience
• NBSTSA Certification
• BLS Certification
• Can submit with pending license; but cannot start without active WV/Compact OR Tech License
• Previous scrub, circulate, and equipment documentation experience
• Experience with CVOR cases (Abdominal Aortic Aneurysm Repair, Carotid Endarterectomy, Coronary Artery Bypass Graft, Mitral Valve Replacement, Pericardial Window) preferred
• Surgery experience (General, Endo/Laparoscopic, Thoracic) required; Vascular, Urology, Ortho/Total Joints preferred
• On-call requirement with occasional weeknight calls; on call only weekends with rotating shifts
• Special equipment use: OR Tables, Stirrups yellow fin, Battery Operated Equipment, Positioning Aid
