Fusion Medical Staffing-Nursing seeks a Travel CVOR Technologist for a 13-week assignment in Minneapolis, MN. The role offers 40 hours per week, days shift, and a travel employment arrangement for skilled CVOR techs.

As part of the team, you will set up the OR, maintain sterile technique, pass instruments, and collaborate with surgeons to ensure patient safety and procedural efficiency. Travel benefits and competitive pay apply.

Qualifications

• One year of recent CVOR surgical tech experience.
• Current BLS Certification (AHA/ ARC) required.
• CST or nationally recognized certification preferred.
• Other certifications and licenses may be required for this position.

Responsibilities

• Set up the operating room prior to procedures.
• Stock surgical supplies and inspect equipment for readiness.
• Assist in transporting patients to and from surgery.
• Collaborate with surgeons, anesthesiologists, and the surgical team.
• Anticipate the surgeon's needs and pass instruments efficiently.
• Handle specimens with care to maintain diagnostic integrity.
• Maintain sterility and clean/sterilize equipment per infection control standards.
• Utilize data from surgical preference cards for the procedure.
